STATE FINALS: Firsts
BOYS:
Matches will be played under Soccer Tasmania rules subject to variations listed below:
1. The game shall consist of two halves of 40 minutes. There will be a break of ten minutes at half time.
2. The venue will be decided by the host school but the pitch must be of Soccer Tasmania dimensions.
3. If at the end of a game a tie exists then extra time of 2 x 10 minutes will be played. A break of 10 minutes is permitted prior to extra time starting but not between the two periods of extra time. If at the end of extra time a tie still exists then the premiership will be shared.
4. SATIS will be responsible for appointing officials for the game.
5. Teams will consist of eleven players and four interchange players.
6. Qualified referees are to be appointed to control matches.
a) The home team is responsible for supplying three suitable match balls.
Each school shall provide:
b) A competent line person
c) A team sheet with names and numbers of all players. A maximum of 15 players is allowed on each team sheet, allowing four interchange players per team. Players may be freely interchanged at any time during the game withy the permission of the referee. All such changes are to occur at the half way line. Teams must wait at least 5 minutes between such changes. A minimum of seven players is required to commence a game. All players must have a number on their shirt. Each school is responsible for sending a copy of the team sheet to the roster secretary.
Girls

3. If at the end of a game a tie exists then extra time of 2 x 5 minutes will be played. A break of ten minutes is permitted prior to extra time starting but not between the two periods of extra time. If at the end of extra time a tie still exists then the premiership will be shared.

4 Drawn Matches
Boys:

Girls:

Boys' Statewide Regulations
Matches will be played under current regulations as applied by Soccer Tasmania subject to variations listed below:
1. The game will consist of two halves of 40 minutes.
2. The venue will be decided by the host school.
3. Qualified referees should, where possible, be appointed to control matches.
4. Each school will provide:
a) 3 suitable match balls.
b) A competent lines person
c) A team sheet with names and numbers of all players.
5. Teams will consist of eleven players and four interchange players.
6. Bookings:
a) If a player receives a yellow card a report must be sent to the secretary. If a player collects three yellow cards in a season he is automatically suspended for the next match in which he is eligible to play. The secretary would advise all schools of this.
b) If a player received a red card he is automatically suspended for the next match. A report must be sent to the Secretary who will decide if further action is necessary. All schools would be notified of such action and whether further action was being taken.
7. The 'Minor Premiers' would be decided on a points basis with points being allocated as follows:
Win - 3 points Draw - 1 point Loss - 0 points
Minor premiers shall be decided at the end of the "Home and Away" matches.
8. 1 In the event of a forfeit the team to whom the match is forfeited shall receive a score line of 3/0.
8.2
a) If two schools finish equal on the ladder, their position shall be calculated only using matches between those two schools.
b) If three or more schools finish equal on the ladder they should be ranked first on points obtained in matches between these schools and second, on the highest positive goal difference, with goals for being positive and goals against negative, calculated only on those same matches. A team with a goal difference of 17 goals for and 9 goals against (+8) would be better than a team with 24 goals for and 21 against (+3).
